Long toss to get stronger.

Sometimes the tried and true methods are the best methods for a reason.  We're using long toss to work on accuracy, endurance and strength.

SLOW AND SMOOTH LONG TOSS.

 Having this player start from the stretch position, stand and hold the front leg to load the rear leg hip, then drive that load forward to the target.
